Accessibility Statement

1. The standard we are working to

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That is our target, not a certification: we have not commissioned an independent conformance evaluation, and this page is not a VPAT or an Accessibility Conformance Report.

We test with automated tooling — the same engine we sell — and automated testing can only detect part of WCAG. Anything that needs human judgement (whether alt text is meaningful, whether a flow can be completed with a keyboard, whether an error message makes sense) is not covered by a scan, and we say so rather than implying full coverage.

2. Known issues we are working on

We scan this site with our own product and publish what it finds rather than waiting for a clean result. Currently open: some in-page text does not yet meet the AA contrast minimum, and heading levels are not perfectly sequential on every page.

We fix what our scan reports and re-scan to confirm the fix landed. If this list looks stale, it is — tell us and we will re-derive it.

3. Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site stops you from doing something, email support@clearsitedigital.com and describe what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and the assistive technology or settings you use. We aim to respond within a few business days and will tell you honestly whether and when we can fix it.

If we cannot fix something quickly, we will offer another way to get the same result — including completing anything on this site with a person over email.

4. Third-party content

Some parts of this site rely on services we do not control, such as payment checkout. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind where we have a choice, but we cannot guarantee content we do not serve. If a third-party step blocks you, contact us and we will complete it with you directly.
